European Citizens' Assessment Report: Final report of the European Citizens' panel produced at the end of the Second European Citizens' Convention in Brussels, 20-23 January 2006. It contains recommendations on the implications of advances in brain science grouped by six themes: Regulation and Control, Normalcy vs. Diversity, Public Information and Communication, Pressure from Economic Interests, Equal Access to Treatment, Freedom of Choice.
